Dining with allergies

Having a beef allergy, in Texas no less, isn't particularly easy. At least one restaurant (not a steakhouse) has refused to serve me. But that's rare. 

I'll share my experiences dining out, mostly in Dallas. But only the positive ones.  (Let's dwell on happiness.)
